By using Karaoke Room, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Karaoke Room is a web application that provides a shared karaoke experience using YouTube search results and embeddable video playback. Karaoke Room does not host videos and relies on publicly available YouTube content.

You are responsible for following YouTube’s terms and any applicable laws when using the embedded video content.

You agree not to use Karaoke Room for any unlawful or harmful activity, including but not limited to:

• violating copyright or intellectual property rights;
• attempting to bypass rate limits or abuse the API;
• engaging in harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior; and
• attempting to interfere with the service or other users.

Karaoke Room uses the YouTube Data API in accordance with YouTube’s API Terms of Service and policies. You agree to respect YouTube’s terms while using the app.

The app may enforce usage limits and rate limiting to protect the API quota and ensure fair use of the service.

All content, trademarks, logos, and designs in Karaoke Room are the property of their respective owners. You may not reproduce or use any content from the site except as permitted by these Terms.

YouTube video content displayed through the service is owned by the respective YouTube content creators and subject to YouTube’s terms.

Karaoke Room is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of any YouTube content served through the app.

We are not responsible for third-party content or services, including YouTube, and the user is responsible for complying with YouTube’s own policies when using embedded videos.

In no event will Karaoke Room or its owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. We will post the updated terms here with a revised date. Continued use of Karaoke Room after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
