We do not require user registration, login, or account creation. The information we collect is limited to what is needed to operate the site and to help provide a shared karaoke experience.

Search queries: When you search for songs, the query text is sent to our server to request matching YouTube karaoke videos. We may temporarily log queries for debugging, performance monitoring, and abuse prevention.

Room usage data: We may record room creation and queue activity for session management and to support the shared room experience. This data is stored only as needed to support the active room.

Third-party content: Video metadata and thumbnails are served from YouTube via the YouTube Data API. Actual video playback is handled by YouTube embeds.

We use the information we collect to:

• process search requests and return karaoke search results;
• maintain and serve shared rooms for your karaoke sessions;
• protect the app from abuse and enforce rate limits; and
• monitor and improve application performance.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personal information to outside parties except as needed to operate the service or comply with legal obligations.

The app integrates with the YouTube Data API and may embed YouTube video content. YouTube’s own privacy practices and terms apply to any content served directly from YouTube.

Karaoke Room is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have accidentally collected such information, please contact us.
